About Worth My Time

Justin Worthley, Owner

Justin formed Worth My Time LLC in 2025 as the next chapter of his career, following 30 years working in leadership and staff roles in Operations and Human Resources at diverse organizations and industries. Throughout his career, Justin has brought a passion and ever-widening set of tools and experiences to drive sustained organizational impact and improvement. The focus of Worth My Time is to help organizations deliver business results through intentional development and project initiatives centered around people. Justin brings a wealth of practical experience with people and business challenges, extensive educational and professional training, a strong coaching and advisory orientation, an ever-growing set of tools, and a relentless commitment to deployment and continuous improvement. When it comes to investing in people, time is an incredibly valuable resource, which can often be squandered in meetings, workshops, trainings and conference sessions which never translate to change nor business results; the goal and focus of Worth My Time is to ensure the opposite happens, i.e. that our mutual investment of time results in learning, progression, and clear business results, leaving everyone with the feeling that it was Worth My Time.

30+ Years of In-House Experience

Before launching Worth My Time, Justin worked in HR and Operations leadership roles in diverse industries and organizations over 30 years that included in-house and contract Ben & Jerry's, Unilever, Brimstone Consulting, Controlled Energy Corporation, Bosch TT, Avalon Consulting, Rhino Foods, and Burton Snowboards. 

Community Builder

Justin currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Rhino Foods Foundation and the Chill Foundation. He is also active with White Men for Racial Justice locally and nationally. 

Partnerships For Scale & Expertise

Throughout his career, Justin has developed deep and strong partnerships with highly experienced and impactful consultants, and is able to curate A-level talent to scale if/when needed. This includes his long-standing relationship with Avalon Consulting, and working as a Trusted Partner with The Richards Group consulting division.
